I had the BEST time today! I got up early and went to yard sales. Then 6 of us went to lunch at a place called Garden Pleasures in my town. This place does weddings and showers and stuff. It is a Tea Room. Cool place for a bunch of women to go for lunch.
I have a picture to share but one of the ladies had already left before we took it. So there is only 5 of us in the picture. We forgot all about taking pictures until we were about to leave. We were having so much fun!
I love it when I get to do these cool things just for me. I love doing things with George and the kids but there is just something about getting together with my girlfriends. I feel refreshed and ready to face the world!

I got the chicken salad and I did NOT like it! I have never had any kind of chicken salad and I wanted to try it. I will know not to get it next time!
I am more of a grilled chicken kind of girl! LOL
Oh, if only I could. I feel a road trip coming on - to Tennessee!!! Now, I just have to convince my dh and dc to do without me for awhile. LOL!

TINA! Yes, you should absolutely come from Scotland - or better yet, could we come there??? I would so love to come there. I am coming to visit your blog immediately! If you and Terri (Hearts in Service) came from such far away places just imagine all of the fun things we would have to talk about! :0) Come on girls, a few hours' flight is worth it for a lunch, right?
